Using enrollment and eligibility information received from the ABC Company, Inc. Human Resources Department and stored in our computer, A&I will answer questions and verify your eligibility and level of coverage to any authorized plan provider. 

This means we will confirm, for your doctor or other health care provider, your eligibility to receive health care as defined by the plan in which you are enrolled.

 
  Process your medical claims
 

A&I has been processing health care claims for employers like yours since 1978.  We are pleased be providing this service to your Plan as well.

Claims are received in our office from doctors, hospitals and dentists and, in some cases from employees.  We process all claims on a first come first served basis and historically turn a claim around for payment or supplemental information in no more than 15 working days.  We send your provider a payment along with an explanation of benefits (EOB).  We also send you a copy of the EOB so that you can see how the claim was paid.

We put only our most senior and experienced staff on the phones to answer your questions.  They have extensive experience in benefits administration and are fully trained in the specifics of your plan.

When you call it is our intent to answer your question while you are on the phone.  Some questions may take additional research, requiring us to get back to you.  Be assured we will get back to you!  That's our job and we take it seriously!

A major part of our job is to ensure you don't have problems with your Plan.  But when you do it is our role to be your advocate in resolving whatever the problem.

We believe service comes first and we will do everything in our power to see that you receive the best service available!
